These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://littlekashi.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Little Kashi ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
• You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Please provide accurate name, contact and delivery details.

3. Products, sourcing and fulfilment

• Our products are sourced from independent third-party suppliers and may be shipped directly from them to you. Little Kashi is responsible for your order, payment, customer service and refunds.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any online marketplace or brand unless expressly stated.
• Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting. Sizes are approximate; please check the size details provided.
• Toys carry a recommended age range on the product page. Please follow it, and supervise young children during play — especially with small parts, balls and ride-ons.

4. Orders and order confirmation

• Placing and paying for an order on the Website is an order request (an offer to buy). It is not a confirmed sale.
• When you pay, the amount is only authorised (held) through Razorpay; it is not collected at checkout. We collect (capture) it manually only after we have placed your order with our supplier. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order and collect the payment.
• If we cannot place your order, or do not confirm it within 1 day, the order is cancelled and the held amount is not collected; Razorpay returns it to you automatically when the hold ends. We may instead collect and immediately refund the full amount so you receive it sooner.
• We never collect more than the amount you authorised at checkout.
• We may decline or cancel an order as described in our Cancellation Policy. If a paid order is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The MRP and any discount are shown on the product page.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store your card, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Cash on Delivery is not currently offered.

6. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, cancellation rights, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Payment, Cancellation and Refund & Return policies, which form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Website's design, text, graphics, logos and software belong to Little Kashi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier disruptions, natural events or government action). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you may contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Little Kashi has its principal place of business.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.
